Gustafson
has worked for over twenty-five years in economic development and
recently relocated from ChampaignCounty.Gustafson
was awarded the National Economic Developer Certification in 1997 and
was named Illinois Economic Developer of the Year in 2005.Prior to her work in economic development, Gustafson was
employed at KaskaskiaCollege in the SmallBusinessDevelopmentCenter.
Gustafson has served as an Enterprise Zone Administrator for 15 years
and served as President of the Illinois Enterprise Zone Association for
two years.
Gustafson
lives in Centralia with her husband of 32 years, Vince.Gustafson has a daughter (Sarah Taylor) living in Charleston, a son (Vince Gustafson) living in Champaign and five
grandchildren.
